The Arkansas Academic Advising Network was pleased to host Dr. Krista Nelson, LPC and Associate Professor of Psychology at Southern Arkansas University and Pat Glascock, Ed. S, LPC, NCC and Associate Director of the Student Counseling Center at Arkansas State University for our February 2022 Lunch and Learn Session titled, Understanding Mental Health & Identifying Mental Stressors. The session included information about identifying mental health issues on university campuses and ways to promote mindfulness within ourselves and with our students.
